Founded in 1976 by Thomas and Connie Sawyers, Brown County Asphalt (BCA) began with a simple mission: to provide Southern Ohio with reliable, high-quality paving. Over the last 50 years, that mission has evolved BCA into one of the region’s premier providers of asphalt and infrastructure services.

Today, the Sawyers legacy continues through Thomas and Connie’s three sons—Dwayne, Andy, and Joe. Having worked every position from the ground up, the brothers bring an unparalleled level of hands-on expertise to every project.
